Our refund policy varies by service type:
Full refund available up to 30 days before the event. 50% refund between 15-30 days. No refunds within 14 days of the event.
30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.
Generally non-refundable as funds are used immediately for production. Special circumstances reviewed case-by-case.
Important:
Autographed merchandise and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. All sales of limited edition items are final.
